About Jaira

Jaira Lima, Brazilian Waxing Specialist, came to New Jersey from Brazil in 1985, where she started waxing in her apartment only amongst her close friends, since they couldn't find a good esthetician anywhere. Then in 1999, after perfecting her Brazilian Waxing technique, she opened her first waxing salon, where she personally trains all of her staff. Jaira's was one of the first Brazilian Waxing Salons to open in the state of NJ. Since then, Jaira's Waxing Salon has only grown and expanded, to where we now have 3 locations. Jaira herself has had extensive training in various forms of hair removal, and is now also a specialist in Male Brazilian Waxing. Jaira was the forerunner in the fight to keep Brazilian Waxing legal in NJ. She continues to work with the board of cosmetology to legalize Brazilian Waxing in NJ.
